Bank Holiday Weekend in Southwold

Over the August Bank Holiday weekend,Chris, Janine, Georgia and Maddison came and spent the weekend with us in Southwold. On Saturday, Ipswich were playing at home, and so Dom and I went down to Ipswich to meet Chris, Paul and Simon, and then went off to the football.  Not the best of games - Ipswich played really well for the first 15-20 minutes and went 1-0 up, but conceded before half time and again soon after and went on to lose 2-1.  The weather was awful - raining throughout the game and on most of the journey back to Southwold.  However, the rest of the weekend was lovely, as so we spent most of Sunday and Monday on the beach.
